OUTREACH MATERIALS

Many of the invasive plants that have become problematic in Alaska and on the Kenai Peninsula have been introduced intentionally for ornamnental use. The Homer SWCD seeks to provide information to residents through the Kenai Peninsula - Cooperative Weed Management Area and help them to make responsible choices. Several publications have been developed and more are in the works. Help get the word out and protect Alaska's native plants and wildlife.
