Landowner Cost Share

The Cost Share Program is a long-established, yet under-utilized offer that promotes the management of invasive plants in the Homer District. Through this program landowners can apply to the District for up to $350 of matching funds toward managing invasive plants on their property.

To be eligible for these funds the landowner is required to consult with the District about plant identification and best management practices, fund the implementation of an agreed upon treatment, and request a reimbursement from the District. If you are interested in applying for Cost Share funds please contact the Invasive Plants Program Manager.
